Do we crop the photos or do you do that for us?
All you need to do is upload the photo and our team will do the rest for you!
Can I upload one photo with multiple faces? Or do they need to be separate?
You can include a photo with multiple faces as long as you purchase a sock design which allows for multiple faces. Leave any specific instructions in the order notes at cart.
Can I get anything I want on my design? Does it have to be a face?
Nope! it can be a car or a donut. As long as the quality of the image is good, we are flexible! Just let us know in the notes on any specific requests.
How long will it take to receive my order if I ordered today?
In our shipment page, we mention production time is roughly 5-10 business days. Depending on the period of the year and demand, this may change. Please understand that the design and production process takes time
What are your socks made of?
They are a polyester/cotton/elastane blend. Primarily polyester to maximise print quality but we can ensure the comfort of our socks and overall longevity.
